Position Overview:

The AGM-Engineering is responsible for ensuring the maintenance, operational efficiency and safety of all rides and attractions. This role involves managing maintenance costs, enhancing uptime, fostering talent development, driving innovation, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Management: Oversee maintenance costs as per budget, including utilities, inventory, and employee costs; plan for spare parts and implement automation strategies.- Uptime Management: Manage planned, preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance programs; ensure effective inventory/spares management and vendor relations.- Talent Development: Identify training needs, implement role rotation plans, and facilitate technical training and multi-craft programs for team members.- Innovation Initiatives: Drive cost reduction in ride and engineering maintenance; lead process improvements and cross-functional teams for new projects and capital planning.- Guest Satisfaction: Develop measurement systems for guest satisfaction and conduct failure analysis for continuous improvement.- Safety Oversight: Monitor incidents and safety audits, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary training programs.- Employee Engagement: Conduct engagement surveys and execute action plans based on feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); advanced degree preferred.- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
