Title:DataModelling SpecialistLocation:Pune/ Hyderabad / MohaliResponsibilities:Actas a liaison between business and technical teams to bridge any gapsand assist the business teams & technical teams to successfullydeliver the projects.Maintainquality metadata and data related artefacts which should beaccurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible,traceable, and valid.Createand deliver high-quality data models, by following agreed datagovernance and standards.Translatehigh-level functional data or business requirements into technicalsolutions, including database designing and data mapping.Participatein activities like requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gapanalysis, data analysis, effort estimation, and reviews.Qualifications:8-12years of strong data analysis and/or data modeling experience.Individualcontributor with good understanding of the SDLC & Agilemethodologies.Comprehensiveunderstanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).Skills:Strongfinancial domain and data analysis skills.Excellentcommunication & stakeholder management skills.Abilityto work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.Problem-solvingand solution-seeking approach.Teamplayer with self-starter approach and a sense of ownership.Proficiencyin SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, and Visual Paradigm(preferable).Company Description: Bits in Glass - IndiaIndustry Leader:- Bits in Glass(BIG) has been in business for more than 20 years.
