JOB DESCRIPTION :


Solution Architect


Location : Noida and Bangalore


As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will collaborate with Pre-sales, delivery, and Client Account teams to design solution approaches for POCs, delivery projects, and lead complex delivery projects from start to :


- Design solutions for POCs, delivery projects, internal projects, and product development.


- Lead the center of excellence for a particular technology.


- Develop strong working relationships with Pre-Sales and Client Account teams.


- Act as the customer success representative, designing solutions with a long-term, holistic view.


- Collaborate with customers to design end-to-end asset management for data center assets, including asset and operation management.


- Set up customer NOCs and automate day-to-day operations using orchestration or similar tools.


- Run client meetings, deliver presentations to prospects, and lead opportunity review discussions.


- Assist developers and technical leads in resolving issues.


- Present solution ideas and approaches in client and team sessions.


- Ensure effective communication structures for project delivery.


- Own detailed project effort estimates and associated resource plans.


- Produce scoping outputs such as Statements of Work and Solution Designs.


- Engage in large IT transformation projects based on ServiceNow or similar platforms, including :


1. IT Service Management


2. IT Operation Management


3. IT Business Management


4. Security Operations


5. Cloud Management


6. Human Resources


7. Performance & Analytics


8. AI, Machine Learning, and Service Automation


9. IT Task Automation


Required Skills :


Technical :


- Experience with any service management tool such as BMC, Microfocus, Ivanti, or similar.


- Extensive experience in end-to-end project/product development using Java, .NET, or any other technology.


- Proficiency in UI/UX technology.


- Understanding of databases, queries, and data normalization.


- Experience in IT Service Management (configuration, incident management, change management) in a technical/architecture role, with specific experience in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and ITBM products.


- Deep understanding of ServiceNow or similar platform capabilities.


- CMDB and asset management expertise, including data normalization.


- Experience in building, modifying, and implementing IT processes, including configuration and automation.


- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and managing the implementation and maintenance of medium and large-sized projects on ServiceNow or similar platforms.


- Experience in asset auto-discovery.


- Knowledge of server/network/application monitoring.


- Proficiency in IT task automation using any tool.


- Familiarity with market-available tools.


- Knowledge of ITIL & Agile methodologies.


- Fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Webservices, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST.


- Expertise in ServiceNow customization and configuration, including scripting, workflow administration, report setup, module customization, data imports, and third-party software integration.


Soft Skills :


- Self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking, and adaptable to changes in tasks and schedule.


- Strong verbal and written communication skills.


- Business analysis and requirements gathering skills.


- Ability to quickly learn new technology through instruction and self-training.


- Willingness to participate in both local and international projects, with the potential for long-term travel.
