● Review customer invoices and purchase orders (PO) for advance calculations.

● Prepare and review customer PO control sheets.
● Record receipts from customers.
● Prepare and review credit and debit notes using Zoho Books.
2. Expense Management:
● Enter and review vendor bills.
● Reconcile vendor payments.
● Verify vendor bills and initiate payments.
● Initiate and confirm month-end payments, including salaries and professional fees.
● Prepare, verify, enter, and review purchase details related to customer invoices.
● Manage prepaid expenses, including preparation of working files and accounting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, book-keeping, and financial reporting including international exposure
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in online CRM/Accounting software such as Zoho Books, ODOO
Strong knowledge of VAT, GST, and other statutory compliance regulations.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
