About the Role : We are seeking a talented UI Engineer with 3 years of experience in React.js and modern frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and high-performance UI components using React.js, JavaScript (ES6), and frontend frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices, component-based architecture, and frontend performance optimization. Key Responsibilities : 1. UI Development & Component-Based Architecture : - Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks. - Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand. - Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation based on Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs. - Work with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, or Ant Design for UI consistency. - Maintain cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles. 2. Performance Optimization & Best Practices : - Optimize rendering performance by implementing lazy loading, memoization, and virtual DOM optimizations. - Implement code-splitting and tree shaking to improve application performance. - Conduct UI performance audits using Lighthouse and Chrome DevTools. 3. API Integration & State Management : - Integrate UI components with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. - Work with backend teams to ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend. - Implement secure API calls with authentication and error handling. 4. UI Testing & Debugging : - Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress (if applicable). - Debug UI issues using Chrome DevTools and performance monitoring tools. - Ensure visual consistency by performing UI regression testing. 5. Agile Development & Collaboration : - Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. - Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers. - Use Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments. Required Skills & Experience : - Frontend Development : React.js, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript - State Management : Redux, Context API, Zustand - UI Frameworks : Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, Ant Design - Performance Optimization : Lazy Loading, Code Splitting, Memoization - Testing & Debugging : Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library - API Integration : RESTful APIs, GraphQL - Agile & Collaboration : Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) : - Experience with Next.js for SSR and SSG. - Familiarity with micro frontend architecture. - Understanding of UI accessibility (WCAG, ARIA standards). - Exposure to headless CMS platforms (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity).
