Location: GK II, South Delhi
Min Qualification: Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
Experience: Minimum 3 years in relevant field
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Clinical Head to lead our physiotherapy clinic team. As the Clinical Head, you will oversee the delivery of expert physiotherapy care, manage operations, and mentor staff. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a supportive and professional clinic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans using diverse physiotherapy techniques.
- Administering advanced physiotherapy treatments to patients, including exercise programs and manual therapy, as needed.
- Monitoring and evaluating patients' progress regularly and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintaining accurate and updated patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and treatment options.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to physiotherapy staff, ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Participating actively in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, with demonstrated expertise across various treatment modalities and patient demographics.
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a clinical team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software systems.
- Knowledge of chiropractic care is a plus.
