Responsibilities:
  • Createimplement and uphold varied EPM solutions to ensure alignment withbusinessneeds.
  • Formulatestrategies and blueprints for EPM implementation involving theidentification of business needs selection of suitable EPMtechnologies
  • conductingpreadoption analysis of diverse EPM tools and collaborating withother ITunits.
  • Developassess and validate the highlevel conceptual framework for EPMsolutions.
  • OverseeEPM agent deployment Policy creation such as Advanced Policies Userpolicies including Just in time Access Default policies such asRansomware protection etc. SET configuration baseline creation& rolling out EPM enterprisewide.
  • Institutea continual service enhancement scheme and enhance overall EPMservice concentrating on operational procedural and resourceeffectiveness.
  • Offertechnical leadership and direction to IT personnel on optimal EPMmethodologies.
  • Formulateand refine endpoint privilege management procedures andstandards.

Requirements
  • Aminimum of 2 years experience working with Endpoint PrivilegeManagement (EPM) tools.
  • Proficiencyin troubleshooting intricate issues such as EPM agent connectivityrelated problems etc. comprehension of tuning and availableconfigurationsettings.
  • Experiencein conceptualizing and deploying a new EPM environment ortransitioning to a newenvironment.
  • Capabilityto automate EPM functionalities by utilizing vendorsupplied RESTAPIs.
  • Backgroundin Third Party integrations with EPM like ServiceNow ActiveDirectory other directories for MFA &SSO.
  • Extensiveexpertise across core IAM domains such as Identity Governance andAdministration AccessManagement.
  • Proficiencyin communicating effectively with globally diverse teams throughwritten correspondence facetoface interactions as well as voice andvideocommunications.

PreferredQualifications:
  • ABachelor s Degree or equivalent educational background andexperience in computer science or a relatedfield.
  • Experiencein designing developing modifying and maintaining EPM solutionssuch as CyberArk EPM BeyondTrust EPM Delinia EPMetc.
  • Technicalcertification in Endpoint Privileged Management tools and/orhandson experience with tools like CyberArk EPM SaaS/onprem or anyother EPMtools.
  • Vendorcertification such asCDEEPM.
  • CISSPor equivalent securitycertifications.
