The candidate would be responsible for delivering superior quality partner stores in urban (Non OR/FR towns) & rural markets. Program Manager will have to ensure timely roll out of Airtel Prepaid Stores, deployment of high quality manpower & continuous engagement, facilitate desired hygiene & upkeep of stores and ensure store profitability. The Program manager will also be responsible for RAEO operations in Circle –facilitate rollout, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Process & track/drive productivity of stores. KEY DELIVERABLES Airtel Prepaid Stores Urban 1. Co-ordinate with Zonal teams and circle leadership for rollout of stores in UDT owns as per defined guidelines 2. Co-ordinate with circle marketing team for deployment of all branding elements in the stores 3. Facilitate hiring, training & engagement of Airtel friends (CREs)– Ensure right hiring through has center screening & ZBM interviews Work closely with Centre L&D team to deliver 100% NHIP for all Airtel Friends. Also facilitate all training programs/engagement interventions as per training calendar. Trackattendancethroughpromoterapp&ensuresmoothprocessingofsalary 4.
