Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2-3 years of proven expertise in Salesforce Development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing both customer-facing solutions and internal CRM applications, utilizing their in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to drive excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions for both CloudFulcrum and our clients.- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.- Should have at least 1-1.5 years in LWC and AURA (JavaScript certified is added advantage.)- Good understanding on Security in salesforce.- Should have worked on Lightning Flows.- Integration experience is need or at least should have knowledge for 2Yrs experience candidate.- Should have worked on Sales, Service and Community Cloud. Other clouds are Optional.- Deployment skills : Any version controlling tools like bitbucket, GitHub, Microsoft Azure etc..,- Must have involved in Project Implementation and Managed services projects in supporting production issues

Project Collaboration:

- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions meet business needs and are delivered in a timely manner.

Technical Expertise:

- Maintain a deep knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and technologies.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging as needed.

Required Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in Salesforce development.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development.- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce Developer certifications.- Experience in Agile development methodologies.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
