Job Description:Cloud Infra roleWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer & Dev Ops Engineer to join our technology team. This dual role combines cloud administration with Dev Ops responsibilities, focusing on the management, optimization, and automation of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and stakeholders to streamline our deployment processes, ensure system reliability, and maintain cloud resources efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cloud technology, automation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Administration (50%)Manage and monitor cloud resources (e.g., virtual machines, databases, storage, networks) in environments in Azure.Implement security policies, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.Optimize cloud costs by tracking resource usage, rightsizing instances, and implementing cost-saving measures.Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure, configurations, and processes.Conduct regular system health checks, capacity planning, and disaster recovery preparations.Dev Ops Engineering (50%)Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of applications(Dotnet, Node etc..) and infrastructure as code (Ia C) using tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops. Create, maintain, and improve Infrastructure as Code scripts (Terraform, ARM templates) for consistent and repeatable infrastructure deployment.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployment processes and environments to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance.Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish automated testing, monitoring, and alerting for applications and infrastructure.Drive automation efforts to reduce manual tasks and streamline workflows.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.7 +years of Total experience & 4+ years of experience in cloud administration, Dev Ops, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider ( Azure Preferred).Proficiency with Ia C tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops).Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Power Shell, Python) for automation.Understanding of networking, security, and best practices for cloud environments.Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.Preferred Skills:Certifications in cloud platforms (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, AWS Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor). Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in an agile environment.Strong written and verbal communication skillsNote- This role is 5 days working from office.
