Ltd.)Designation: General Manager - New Product Quality ManagementExperience: 10 years to 15 yearsEducation: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production Engineering)Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for Quality management of New Product Development of Electrical Standard Products (ESP).- Responsible for implementing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) of all the offers of ESP.- Lead Project quality and Offer quality of New product development.- Establish and propagate APQP as per IATF 16949 across the NPD project scope. Develop and train team for in depth implementation of APQP.- Provide technical and administrative support related to Quality tools and techniques for robust Product development.Functional Competencies:- In depth knowledge of APQP as per IATF standard with multiple cycle of implementation from Phase 1 to Phase 5.- In depth knowledge & hands on experience of implementation of Quality tools such as PPAP, PFMEA, SPC and MSA.- In depth knowledge & hands on experience of usage of 7 QC tools, 8D, POKA-YOKE, KAIZEN for problem solving.- Exposure to manufacturing processes like press working, moulding, welding, breazing, surface treatment, press & machining etc.- Project management skill will be an added advantage.- Analytical approach, Proficient with working in SAP, Microsoft office tools.- Digital competencies related to APQP
