Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pipeline Supervisor, located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Pipeline Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and lead a team, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with other departments to ensure project timelines are met. The role involves supervision of tubing, cementing, and wireline operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership abilities
  • Experience with Tubing and Cement operations
  • Knowledge of Wireline operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in the construction or pipeline industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus
