Role Overview :

As a Java Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions.

You will spearhead the adoption of microservices architecture, apply programming and design patterns, and lead your team to build scalable, high-performance applications within the domains of digital lending and financial crime compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.

- Design and implement scalable microservices-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Develop and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and design patterns.

Qualifications :
