Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor at StonewoodBeach Resort, Vagator. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, managing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and undertaking general maintenance and repairs. The role includes ensuring all equipment is maintained to a high standard and resolving any maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills for managing and leading a maintenance team
  • Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Relevant certification or diploma in maintenance or related field is desirable
