Job Summary

We are on the lookout for an exceptional leader to spearhead our AI Transformation journey as the Director, AI Transformation & Enablement. This role is pivotal in driving a company-wide initiative to leverage AI technologies, improve internal processes, and unlock new revenue streams. The successful candidate will work closely with C-level executives and diverse teams to ensure the successful adoption and integration of AI-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Transformation Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to execute the AI Transformation strategy, aligning with the company's vision and goals.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, consulting lines of business, and technical teams to ensure buy-in and collaboration.

• Solution Prioritization: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for AI-led solutions, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and business needs.

• Adoption and Rollout: Implement a structured approach to roll out AI solutions across the organization, ensuring consistent adoption and benefits realization.

• Collaboration and Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts between LOB sponsors, engineers, solution coaches, and AI platform teams.

• Change Management: Drive cultural transformation and change leadership to ensure the organization embraces AI technologies and new ways
