Join our AI Innovation Team and help shape the future of AI-powered solutions We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML & Generative AI Developer who’s passionate about building cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases.

Role Summary

As an AI/ML & Generative AI Developer, you’ll design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models, LLM applications, and intelligent AI agents. This is a critical role driving innovation at scale, leveraging technologies like LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Azure, and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models and Generative AI applications for diverse enterprise challenges.
  • Fine-tune and integrate LLMs with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines.
  • Build Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning and decision-making.
  • Design scalable data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for structured/unstructured data.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to productionize AI solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML/GenAI workflows and support MLOps best practices.
  • Leverage Azure and Databricks for scalable AI deployments and monitoring.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML & Generative AI development.
  • Strong expertise in RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI implementations.
  • Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, and ML/DL libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Deep knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer architectures.
  • Practical experience with Azure cloud, Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate.
  • Experience with AutoGPT, CrewAI, or other agent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Databricks ML tools.
  • Awareness of AI security, responsible AI, and model governance.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication — ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
  • Collaborative mindset within agile teams.
  • Growth-driven with a passion for emerging technologies.
