Essential Job Functions:
Developing detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents.
Executing tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test results.
Identifying, documenting and reporting defects found during testing.
Coordinating and collaborating with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
Design and implement ATF in ServiceNow
Qualifications:
2 -6 years' experience in
Quality Assurance
in
ServiceNow
Hands on experience implementing
ATF
Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like
ITSM, HRSD, CSM
etc.
Knowledge of Testing Integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN
Experience working in Agile methodology
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin
BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS or MCA and no-distance education
