Studio AsA is hiring a Design Head with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated individual with the capacity to create brilliant creative solutions & deliverables, have a keen eye for detail, and must be able to understand creative requirements & adhere to the same in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities and Duties -- The candidate should have good knowledge of corporate Interior Design with work experience of 7 to 10 Years in this field- Undertake a design project from concept to completion- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans- Team leading skills to manage a team of junior designers- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors, MEP consultants, clients, etc Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)- Excellent portfolio of previous works and relevant experience in commercial office interiors, Hospitality Interiors, etc- Worked on MSP or any other project tracker softwareQualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of building codes and regulations.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Proven track record of managing successful architectural/Interior Design projects.Additional Information:The Senior Architect role involves significant client interaction, project management, and leadership responsibilities.
