Role Overview:
We are looking for a client-centric and technically skilled Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a trusted advisor to our key customers. The TAM will be responsible for bridging the gap between the technical delivery team and the client's business goals, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth of strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts post-sale.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their technical and business needs.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and delivery process for IT services and solutions.
Technical Guidance & Support
- Provide technical consultation on implementation, architecture, and system optimization.
- Coordinate between internal technical teams and client stakeholders to resolve challenges.
- Conduct regular account reviews, system health checks, and performance updates.
Account Growth & Strategy
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Align client goals with Pentoz's service offerings to maximize customer value.
- Participate in proposal creation, presentations, and renewal negotiations.
Project Oversight
- Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor project milestones and resolve risks or blockers proactively.
- Maintain accurate client documentation, meeting notes, and activity logs via CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in technical account management, solutions consulting, or technical customer success (preferably in an IT services or SaaS company).
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), API integrations, DevOps, and Enterprise IT systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both technical and business-facing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Jira, Asana).
Preferred:
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other technical specializations.
- Experience working with enterprise clients or global accounts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
