Job Title: Manager – Information Security Location:Hyderabad (Work from Office) Reporting to:CTORole Overview: We are looking for an experienced professional to leadInformation Securityat ekincare. This role combines security governance, compliance, risk management, and essential IT operations to ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient technology ecosystem across the organization.Key Responsibilities: Define, implement, and maintaininformation security policies, standards, and procedures . Conductrisk assessments , vulnerability analysis, and manage incident response activities. Ensure compliance withISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR , and other applicable security standards. Overseesecurity monitoring , endpoint protection, access controls, and cloud security best practices. Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, cloud platforms, and internal tools. OverseeIT asset management , procurement, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management. AdministerIAM, SSO, MFA, MDM , endpoint security, and secure access provisioning.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding ofISO 27001and general InfoSec governance principles. Expertise incloud security(AWS/Azure/GCP). Hands-on experience with firewalls, endpoint security, and security monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting ability and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field. 5–8 years of combined experiencein Information Security and IT Administration. Preferred certification:ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer .
