Job Description:


1. Project Overview:

The Goals Driven Wealth Management platform is a showcase product for Client’s Wealth Management business, and we must demonstrate our ability to deliver and support innovative technology solutions.

We count on our site reliability engineers to run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.


Must Have Skills: Minimum Hands-on Knowledge of 3-5 years with below skills.

• CI/CD

• IaaC – Terraform, Yaml, Liquibase etc

• Azure Infra – Service Bus, Databricks, Function Apps, Logic Apps

• Monitoring & Observability – Grafana, Prometheus, KQL, AppInsights

• AKS


Tasks & responsibilities:

• Leads troubleshooting, analysis, and solution of unexpected systems behaviors that impact the quality of service.

• Gather and analyze metrics to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.

• Provide a proactive approach to our clients’ workloads, anticipating failures, automating tasks, ensuring availability, and providing a great customer experience.

• Communicate issue/resolution status (written and verbal) to project team and management.

• Provide reactive, break-fix support.
