Site assessment: Conduct site visits to evaluate the feasibility of a solar installation, which may involve gathering technical information and taking measurements. Proposal development: Create customized sales proposals, quotes, and presentations that detail the proposed solar solution. Sales closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas. Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Industry knowledge: Stay up-to-date on solar industry trends, regulations, products, and technologies. Requirements and skills Proven sales experience, often in the solar or a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel for site visits. Familiarity with solar products and services. Proficiency with sales and client management software.
