OVERVIEW:

Digital and Information Technology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transformation Program Office Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Analyst in our Transformation Program Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's portfolio of strategic initiatives and transformational projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and leadership to enable the successful tracking and monitoring of key programs and projects. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

​ Program Support:  Assist in the stewardship of transformational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Identify and support cross project dependencies to ensure successful transformation outcomes. Maintain Enterprise Transformation Roadmap. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, working in partnership with individual program managers. Communication:  Facilitate clear and effective communication within the program team, stakeholders, and senior management. Risk and Issue Management:  Identify, track, and help mitigate program risks and issues, escalating as necessary. Data Analysis:  Collect and analyze data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Program Budget Analysis:  Track program spend versus budget, and proactively identify areas of funding risk and opportunities Program Outcome Analysis:  Assess key operational metrics versus outcomes committed in the business cases for each project to confirm value attained from the investment Stakeholder Engagement:  Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, actively seeking their input and feedback. Ad Hoc Tasks:  Perform other related duties as required to support the success of transformation programs.

​SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

​ Bachelor's Degree:  A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Analytical Skills:  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. Communication:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to different audiences. Project Management:  Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus. Organizational Skills:  Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Team Player:  Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Adaptability:  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail:  Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Technology Proficiency:  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data analysis tools is an advantage. Remote Work Skills:  Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.
