Overview: The role of aSenior Java Developer is crucial within our organization as theyare responsible for designing implementing and maintaining Javaapplications that are essential to our business operations. Theyplay a key role in developing highquality software solutions thatalign with our business needs and contribute to the overall successof our projects.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Participate in allphases of the software development lifecycle
  • Design develop and implement highqualityJavabased applications
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to define design and ship newfeatures
  • Conduct code reviews and provideconstructive feedback to junior teammembers
  • Optimize applications for maximum speedand scalability
  • Contribute to technicaldocumentation and provide training to internalteams
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies andapply them to the developmentprocess
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issuesto ensure optimal performance
  • Implement bestpractices in software development andsecurity
  • Participate in agile ceremonies andcontribute to continuous improvementinitiatives
  • Lead and mentor juniordevelopers
  • Work on multiple projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Collaboratewith stakeholders to understand and fulfill applicationrequirements
  • Contribute to architectural anddesign decisions
RequiredQualifications: candidate should be able to:1. basic core Javaknowledge2. java 8 lambda syntax >not very proficient but at least aware of thesyntax3. able to write the code if logic isexplained4. exp in spring boot andmicroservices5. indeterminate level ofknowledge in database (mysql/postgress/oracle anyone is fine atleast one noSQL type of DB)
