Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce.com Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce.com platform capabilities and possess strong technical expertise to design and implement customized solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. As a Salesforce.com Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect solutions, and oversee implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
Design scaleable and robust Salesforce.com solutions that meet client needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create solution designs, including data models, process flows, and integrations.
Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and drive decision-making.
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams during solution implementation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Perform system configuration, customization, and development as needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
Evaluate new Salesforce.com features and functionalities and make recommendations for adoption.
Stay current with Salesforce.com platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Salesforce.com certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Solution Architect preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting and implementing Salesforce.com applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
