The Role
As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.
There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Certifications: Desirable
IBM Netcool OMNIbus 8.1 Administration and Maintenance
IBM Tivoli Netcool Impact 7.1 Administration and Implementation
Qualification/Experience: B.E/B. Tech, M.E/M-Tech.
10+ Years of experience
Requirement
Strong exposure on Tools Architecture on IBM Tivoli Netcool Strong understanding of Netcool probes (e.g., MTTrapd, EIF, Email, Syslog, Message Bus). Strong knowledge on Netcool Impact, DSAs, write custom impact policies Integration knowledge via impact, web service, Rest APIs to other ITSM systems. Integrate Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus with other systems (e.g., ServiceNow, databases). Configure and manage the Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus system.Customize event presentation, filters, and views.
Create scheduled, custom, and ad-hoc reports.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using shell scripting. Automation tools integration knowledge.
Very Good troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include Participate as a Technical Leadership during the critical and Major incidents and Root cause.
Skill sets & Certification requirement:
Other important skill sets & Product knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to write purchase.justifications, train users in complex topics, make presentations to an
internal audience and interact positively with upper management.
