Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce high-quality visual content for social media channels. Conduct and direct photoshoots to create media assets that are in line with marketing objectives. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and feedback to inform continuous improvement of campaigns. Engage in online conversations with potential customers to foster brand loyalty and improve customer satisfaction. Analyze key metrics and prepare detailed reports to track campaign performance and guide future strategies.
