Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in generating leads, addressing inquiries, and building positive relationships with clients and prospects. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make calls to prospective clients/customers to promote services, generate leads, and set appointments. Inbound Queries: Handle incoming calls, answer customer inquiries, and provide information about the company's offerings. Lead Conversion: Persuade potential customers to explore the company's services and convert inquiries into actionable leads. Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up calls to maintain ongoing communication with prospects and nurture relationships. Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in the database. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and suggest improvements to the service process. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred). Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus). Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
