About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Lead to generate and qualify leads through outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead qualification. The primary objective is to build a pipeline of potential customers and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 outbound sales professionals , ensuring targets are met.
  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and outreach campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
  • Identify and approach potential clients across industries to create business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
  • Track and analyze outbound sales metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead qualification .
  • Prior experience in managing and mentoring a lead generation team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
