Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Generative AI and Python Programmer to lead our AI initiatives. As an Artificial Intelligence Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions that leverage natural language processing, machine learning operations (MLOps), and generative AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI frameworks and an ability to apply them innovatively within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI-driven models and applications, focusing on generative AI and NLP solutions to address industry-specific challenges.- Lead the planning, development, and deployment of machine learning projects from conception to implementation, ensuring integration and scalability in production environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and industry experts to ideate and execute AI strategies that align with business objectives.- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI, especially generative models, to continually enhance our offerings.- Implement best practices in MLOps to ensure efficient model training, evaluation, and deployment.- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of AI developers and enthusiasts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 6 to 10 years of proven experience in AI development, with a strong background in Python programming.- Expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps with a track record of implementing these technologies in a production environment.- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills.- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience in the BFSI sector is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes projects and deliver under tight timelines.
