Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Experience:3-8 Years

Noticeperiod: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

KeyResponsibilities:

·Analyze,design, develop and customize business applications.

·Estimatework, plan & monitor delivery schedule, tasks, milestones, & otherdependencies at various stages from inception till delivery.

·Monitorprogress and ensure regular publishing of status report and quality metrics totrack the risks and work actively to resolve/mitigate risks.

·Partnerwith other Solutions Leads and Technical Architects in driving modular,services-oriented integration and solution architecture.

·Producelow-level designs based on architecture and high-level design documents.

·Drivesystem to system integrations using API first approach with applicationintegration teams

·Maintaintechnical and process documentation

·Fostera culture of innovation in the team and encourage creative solutions

·Guideand mentor delivery team members to create a high performing technology team.

·On-boardnew members to the development team and provide hiring support

·Keepup to date on cutting edge technologies on Cloud, mobile, AI/ML, Big Data andDigital Marketing Tools

Skills& Experience

·Collaboratewith stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understandbusiness requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

·Developcustom Salesforce applications using AURA, APEX, LWC, and other relatedtechnologies, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.

·CustomizeSalesforce platform features, including page layouts, workflows, validationrules, and reports, to meet business needs.

·Participatein all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirementsgathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

·IntegrateSalesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrityand system compatibility.

·Troubleshootand resolve issues in Salesforce applications, performing bug fixes,enhancements, and optimizations as required.

·Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and provide guidanceon Salesforce best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforcefeatures, tools, and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities forprocess improvements and system optimizations. Qualifications:

·Bachelorsdegree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (orequivalent experience).

·Candidateshould have an 3-5 years experience in Salesforce configuration andcustomization.

·Provenexperience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on AURA, APEX, andLWC.

·Solidunderstanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and securityconcepts.

·Proficiencyin APEX programming language and familiarity with Visualforce pages andcontrollers.

·Hands-onexperience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and utilizing theLightning Component Framework.

·Experiencewith declarative development tools, including Process Builder, Flow Builder,and Lightning App Builder.

·Familiaritywith Salesforce integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce withexternal systems using APIs.

·Knowledgeof source control systems, continuous integration, and deployment tools (e.g.,Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).

·Salesforcecertifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/orSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II are a plus.

·Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks andmeet deadlines.

·Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively ina collaborative team environment.
