Il nostro cliente è una start-up innovativa facente parte di un prestigioso Gruppo operante nel settore del Legaltech, che sviluppa applicativi e servizi per il mercato Legale. Siamo alla ricerca di un Marketing&Communication Strategist  che avrà il compito di implementare la presenza sul mercato e di rafforzare la brand identity nel settore dei servizi legali digitali. Cerchiamo quindi una persona dinamica, con un forte background in marketing digitale e una passione per l'innovazione, in grado di guidare strategie di comunicazione efficaci che promuovano la piattaforma per i servizi legali.
In modo particolare la risorsa ricercata si occuperà principalmente di:
  • Sviluppare e implementare strategie di marketing e comunicazione mirate per promuovere la nostra piattaforma di consulenza legale on demand.
  • Gestire tutte le forme di comunicazione, con un forte accento sui canali digitali, collaborando e coordinandosi con la nostra agenzia esterna.
  • Implementare soluzioni di Legal Design per rendere comprensibili a tutti ed efficaci i contenuti e le informazioni di natura legale.
  • Supervisionare la creazione di contenuti di qualità che riflettano l'expertise legale della nostra azienda, inclusi blog, newsletter, e studi di caso.
  • Implementare campagne SEO e SEM per migliorare la presenza online e la generazione di lead.
  • Analizzare dati e metriche per ottimizzare le strategie e aumentare l'efficacia delle campagne.
  • Collaborare strettamente con il team legale per assicurare che tutte le comunicazioni rispettino gli standard legali e etici del settore.
  • Gestire il budget di marketing, allocando risorse in modo efficiente per massimizzare il ritorno sugli investimenti.
  • Identificare nuove opportunità di mercato e canali di marketing emergenti per raggiungere e coinvolgere efficacemente il nostro pubblico target.
  • Fornire report regolari sull'andamento delle campagne e sul ROI conseguito, proponendo iniziative per ottimizzare le strategie di marketing.

Requisiti Il candidato ideale ha almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo e presenta le seguenti caratteristiche:
  • Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, o campo correlato, con preferenza per chi possiede una comprensione di base del settore legale.
  • Esperienza comprovata in un ruolo di marketing , idealmente nel settore dei servizi o in aziende tech-focused.
  • Capacità di navigare il linguaggio e i concetti legali per creare comunicazioni chiare e persuasive.
  • Competenze avanzate in marketing digitale, inclusa esperienza con SEO, SEM, social media, e email marketing .
  • Eccellenti abilità comunicative e capacità di lavorare efficacemente con team interfunzionali.
  • Creatività, proattività e un forte senso di responsabilità nel guidare progetti innovativi.

Requirements
Il candidato ideale ha almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo e presenta le seguenti caratteristiche: Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, o campo correlato, con preferenza per chi possiede una comprensione di base del settore legale.
