Brief Job Description:NoFluff seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to drive visual strategy across our digital platforms. This role demands expertise in creating high-conversion designs for social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns. You'll lead design projects from concept to execution, focusing on psychology-driven visuals that perform across different funnel stages. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing performance.

What you will be doing:Content Creation (50%)Produce and manage daily social media visual contentDesign high-performance ad creatives for multiple platformsCreate conversion-focused A/B test variationsDevelop comprehensive brand guidelinesDesign engaging presentation materialsBuild marketing collateral that drives results

Client Management (30%)Transform client briefs into strategic visual solutionsManage revision processes efficientlyConduct client consultations for brand alignmentCreate professional mockups and presentationsDesign conversion-focused marketing materialsManage client expectations and deliver the projects within the dedicated timelines

Team Collaboration (20%)Coordinate with copywriters on integrated campaignsGuide and train junior design team membersPresent concepts to the marketing teamContribute to strategic planning sessionsMaintain an organized asset management system

Technical RequirementsExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteAdvanced knowledge of FigmaProficient in project management platformsStrong command of Google WorkspaceDeep understanding of social media design specifications
