The company is 32 years old and is based in Chh Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad, Maharashtra). We have leading multinational clients like IKEA and Decathalon and other global names.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Product Development at Savera Group (Engineering Division) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The role involves overseeing the product development process, leading a team of product managers and developers, defining product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. Working knowledge of some of these softwares is also helpful: Solid Works, Auto CAD and UG Software

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management and development
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
