  • Responsible to perform the necessary tasks to design and develop ITSM related configurations and customizations.
  • Proficient in communication with various stakeholders in gathering requirements/information.

  • Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration
  • Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on ServiceNow
  • Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
  • Understand the business needs and the needs to standardise processes, and build this into the design
  • Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project
  • Expertise level understanding of Service Now required.
  • Expertise level programming skill.

Requirements Qualification & Experience:
  • Overall, 7-12 Plus years of IT experience and 4 -5Yrs of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
  • Experience in one (or more) scripting languages and a fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL & CMDB
  • Advanced skill & experience in integrations & server side scripting (JavaScript, etc.)
  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
  • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
  • Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ITOM applications (discovery, event management,) CMDB, Asset management, scoped applications.
  • Advanced skill & experience in integrations & server side scripting
  • Advanced experience with workflows and good experience with flow designers.
  • Good Knowledge and experience with Portal configurations.
  • Here are our preferred experiences:
  • Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript
  • A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
  • Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
  • Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
  • Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes

Requirements
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field + full time MBA or M.Com. Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the IT SaaS industry (Cloud Industry preferred) One who has handled financial role where processes and practices were implemented Experience in understanding foreign market business Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition principles. Complete understanding of the customer invoicing process. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate the finance team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborative and team-oriented approach. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
