Our 100% Oracle Cloud Certification mandate ensures our customers’ projects are staffed with the best in the business.The Oracle Consulting organization strives to grow revenue and increase value contribution to our customers by:Providing best of industry service to maximize customer satisfaction and enable business requirementsLeading innovation, expertise and specialization through a high performance organizationDriving the most agile and efficient solution while rapidly growing existing customers baseThe high profile delivery team will be instrumental to Oracle’s future and growing successThe RoleThe Oracle Consulting ASEAN Team works with large enterprises across ASEAN to guide and jointly develop modernization roadmaps leveraging Oracle’s vast portfolio of business applications, cloud-based infrastructure, and enabling technologies.This role is for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of Supply Chain and Finance solutions, industry best practices and business processes within Supply Chain and Finance domain. Your core responsibility is to operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, understand customers' business challenges and requirements, identify business processes and opportunities to improve efficiency, recommend and influence customer leadership in acceptance of best practice based and innovative solutions using Oracle's Cloud Applications and Technology solutionsYou will have opportunities to engage with a variety of customers from all sectors and industries, including banking, insurance, manufacturing, telco, education, government and many othersYou will be given significant opportunities to build fulfilling careers at Oracle through exposure to industry-leading technology and experts and participation in various strategic initiatives that contribute to the success of the companyCareer Level - IC3Required Skills/ExperienceWhat We Look ForMore than 12 years of experience relevant to this position including consulting experience in IT Implementation Consulting for Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle ERP Cloud Business ApplicationPrior experience working with large enterprises on consulting, business process improvement and IT implementationStrong business acumen and accounting knowledgeStrong ERP implementation experienceMore than 12 years of experience relevant to this position including consulting experience in Finance Consulting and IT Implementation Consulting for Oracle or other leading Business ApplicationExperience in implementation of following:Oracle Fusion Financials CloudOperates independently by applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers.Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions.Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team. Lead solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions.In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practicesExperience in working with public/government sector is highly preferredExhibit personal drive & entrepreneurial spiritExhibit leadership potentialProactive, innovative and creative thinkerStrong communication & presentation skills, able to talk comfortably with Finance Leaders and C-level executivesStrong planning and analytical skillsStrong execution & results orientationAbility to work independently as well as with and as part of a teamGlobal mindset, geographic mobility and flexibilityAdapting to change
