As a UIUX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing application and website of HeyoPhone and offer help in the design of MyOperator website and its application products. You will bring along the skills and knowledge necessary to build a seamless user experience for these domains as well as drive the total brand experience forward.


You will have a strong understanding of UI and UX design principles, and graphic/ visual design as well as the ability to solve complex design problems and realize a product along with the team.

While working in the design team here, you will be working with some of the most talented, passionate, creative, and process-driven individuals around - so you can expect to learn as much from them as you do from us

Key responsibility area :

- Create design solutions and UX design vision to maximize user experiences across all products and channels, working closely with product managers and designers.

- Works collaboratively with cross-functional peers, prioritizing and allocating tasks to deliver against business problems.

- Exhibit a preference for a clean, simplistic, functional design that meets the user objectives and serves key business metrics like conversion and retention.

- Oversee the design of app and website as well as the development of web interfaces.

- Asses and effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure the success of the apps and websites.

- Understand areas that need improvement and provide necessary directions for improvement. Directs the team in effectively achieving set goals within the set timespan.

- Enhance the skills of the team to boost productivity, performance, and output as well as keeps up the whole team spirit.

- Making sure all the designs produced are on brand without fail, in any detail.

Requirements :

- Should hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in design, fine art, or engineering).

- A strong understanding of UX design processes, Usability best practices, Usability Principles, UI patterns, Research methodologies, User Interviewing techniques.

- Strong hold of design tools such as: Adobe XD or Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects

- Sound knowledge of Design Systems, importance & implementation protocols and UX design tools and resources.

- Knowledge of human interactions, behavior etc.

- Should hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in design, fine art, or engineering).

- An excellent portfolio, that demonstrates design thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with an emphasis on design and user experience.

- Excellent team management and collaboration skills.

- Exposure to development tools and frameworks.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.

Along with these, it will be great to have :

- Demonstrated experience in managing or mentoring a team of designers.

- Good understanding of Business and Human psychology.

- Knowledge in brand design.

- Exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces, and technologies.

- Excellent skills in prototyping, sketching etc.

- A zeal for understanding new technologies, trends and tools.
