We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Gurugram, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).
Role Summary :
The purpose of the role is to gather systems development requirements from business users to analyse and validate requirements to produce high-level, low-level designs and specifications in line with standards and methodologies in use. He/She is part of the feature team and responsible for feature delivery within a product (development, continuous improvement, business services , operations etc.). He/she is a team leader and a team player who integrates well into an agile environment to collaboratively work with the feature team to deliver the business goal. Ensures the product quality and the software development is aligned to Client Group architecture and security standards. Is a full stack developer with AWS skills or has potential to develop into one.
Function :
Well versed with Angular/React/Front-end Dev technology stack. Is knowledgeable in building web applications using AWS cloud services. High standards of coding and QA and documentation Very good communicator who can derive the required outcome during discussions. Report transparently with clear description of status, impediments, risks, issues, and actionsSkills Required:
5-10 years of experience in IT with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a hands-on full stack web developer HTML, CSS, JS, Angular Framework, Density Framework (Must have).React (Nice to have)Github & GitHub actions (Must Have)Firebase (Nice to Have)Good to have IaaC skills such as Terraform Fair knowledge on AWS services - Api gateway, lambda, dynamo db. (Good to have IaaC skills such as Terraform) Experience working with Agile Ecosystem – Principles, timeboxing, roles and ceremonies Experience in web application development Ability to write cross-browser compatible code Excellent testing skills Work often in CET Timezone Outstanding Analytical and Communication Skills MUSTResponsibilities :
Analyze the requirement and develop technical specifications Induct best coding and security practices while developing applications Focus on reducing technical debts that will turn to a blocker in future sprints Transform the application development by introducing latest technologies and methodologies. Lead Technical discussions with customers to find the best possible solutions. Hands on experience in development team, performing code reviews and ensure the delivery of the project Provide detailed updates on status, impediments, risks, and issues when required Participate in the full life cycle of a project, from its conception to its realization Provide adequate software solutions following best software development practices Identify risks and provide relevant solutions to complex problems and on-time delivery Work to ensure end users receive high quality, high performance, and useful solutions Familiar with agile methodologies and have prior experience working with agile teams using Scrum/Kanban Proficiency in Software Development best practices - Secure coding standards, Unit testing frameworks, Code coverage, Quality gates.About NTT DATA Services
