Project Associate
You will be responsible for:
We are looking for an experienced project associate with expertise in managing creative web design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating and leading web design teams, working closely with clients, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective web solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of web design principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Planning & Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for web design projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Team Coordination: Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams including web designers, developers, UX/UI specialists, and content creators. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their web design needs and objectives. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the design and development process to ensure that all web projects meet or exceed client expectations. Conduct reviews and testing to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Address challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and content teams, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in web design and project management. Implement improvements to enhance project delivery and team performance."
Must Have:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in web design or related fields.
Strong understanding of web design processes, including UX/UI principles, responsive design, and content management systems (CMS).
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good to Have:-
Project Management, Team Collaboration, UI/UX or Web design understanding
scope management, conflict resolution, UI/UX principles Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing concepts.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus."
