Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled

Solution Architect

with expertise in

UiPath RPA Automation

to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading and designing end-to-end robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with business and IT stakeholders to define RPA strategies, select appropriate technologies, and ensure the successful deployment of UiPath-based automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve operational processes.

platform, including the development and deployment of RPA bots.Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale automation solutions in complex enterprise environments.Skills & Expertise:Strong knowledge of

UiPath Studio ,

Orchestrator , and related RPA tools.Expertise in RPA process discovery, design, and implementation.Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., REST APIs, databases, ERP systems, etc.).Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Certifications:UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Certified RPA Solution Architect (UiRPA) certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture:Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath RPA.Create high-level architecture and detailed design documents for RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.Provide guidance on best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for RPA projects.Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and assess automation feasibility.Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for RPA and UiPath, providing technical leadership and expertise to internal teams and clients.Assist in managing relationships with business units, ensuring that RPA initiatives meet business goals and objectives.RPA Implementation & Support:Oversee the end-to-end RPA implementation process, from the initial proof of concept (POC) to post-deployment support.Ensure the proper integration of UiPath bots with existing systems and applications.Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth deployment and operation of automation solutions.Continuous Improvement:Evaluate and recommend improvements to automation processes, frameworks, and tools to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of RPA solutions.Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in UiPath RPA and related technologies to provide innovative solutions.Train and mentor junior RPA developers and support teams.Documentation & Reporting:Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and automation guidelines.Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
