As a Marketing Person expertise in frozen food marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities in the frozen food industry. Your role will involve leveraging your extensive experience in the concerned department to develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring orders from clients and customers. Additionally, you should be willing to travel All over Tamil Nadu as part of your responsibilities.

This is a full-time position that offers various benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food. Joining our dynamic team will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our frozen food business.,

Experience: A minimum of several years of relevant experience, ideally with a strong track record in the frozen food, FMCG, or food and beverage sector.

Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local market dynamics and experience managing different sales channels.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth

Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, identify trends, and analyze competitor performance to uncover growth opportunities

Sales Channel Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional buyers, distributors, and various sales channels, including general and modern trade

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing management with insights and recommendations

Logistics & Inventory: Maintain familiarity with cold chain distribution and inventory management specific to the frozen food sector.

Payment Collection & Follow-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
