The role in a nutshell:
The key goal of Payroll Analyst is to process full India payroll on a monthly basis.
How you will make a difference:
Follow prescribed process and pay assigned employees on time and accurately, and maintaining a fully compliant payroll system
Accurate, complete, and compliant recordkeeping of payroll files
Process full India payroll on a monthly basis including:
Assist new joiners in FBP declaration, guiding new hires for making tax declarations
Process salary input over the software and update salary changes in the software due to promotion/ off cycle increase
F&F computation of Leavers which includes statutory bonus calculation, investment proofs checking etc.
Seek details from managers for calculation of Shift Allowance on monthly basis
Check FBP Reimbursements of employees on monthly basis.
Statutory Bonus Calculation and filing of Bonus Return
Addressing Payroll Queries of employees on monthly basis.
Working on payroll of support staff
Working on ESI calculation and Payment of Support Staff
Maintaining attendance and leave register of support staff
TDS Calculation and Payment of inhouse and GEO employees.
Provident Fund Calculation and Payment of inhouse and GEO employees.
LWF calculation and Payment of Inhouse and GEO employees and preparing monthly Leave report for GEO employees
Working on International Worker Return
Arranging data for Gratuity and Leave encashment provision of both inhouse and GEO Employees
Working on Form L in regards to payment of Gratuity to a leaver and sharing it with the consultant.
Working on TDS return of both Inhouse and GEO employees on quarterly basis
Downloading Form 16 from Traces
Working on POSH return & X6 Data on quarterly basis
Working on Annual Return in Form III, Form IV, Form K, L & M
Managing all the labour and legal compliances for Inhouse as well as GEO like:
A. LWF return/Pay
B. form-X6
C. Night exemption renewal application
D. Audit data India as well as well as on-shore
E. Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages act
F. ER-1 return
Provisioning of gratuity and leave encashment for inhouse and GEO
Query handling of Inhouse employees as well as consultant
Salary journal preparation
POI Process
Support staff salary and the esi and pf of support staff
Manage analytical working and report preparation
Manage all payroll and HR related audit
Human Resource
Maintain complete and compliant personal file & details for all the inhouse employees.
Revalidate the payroll data extracted from workday and synchronize the employee data between payroll and HR portal
Ensure the accuracy of Workday data
Generate F&F statements and experience letters for inhouse leavers
Maintain various reports for detailed process checks
Imparting payroll engine training to new joiners and assisting new joiners in filling Form 11 and 12B and its on time submission
Coordinating with the banker in getting the new bank accounts opened for the new joiners
