ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with hiring managers to understand the resource requirements for IIOT and Cloud based Software Development rolesDeveloping innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the IIOT and Cloud domainConducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within AdaniManaging the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboardingBuilding and maintaining a strong network of Cloud & IIOT Software Development professionalsStaying updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisitionExperienceQualifications7-9 years of experience in Talent AcquisitionEducation QualificationMaster of Business Administration or relevant fieldSSourcing skillsshould have got experience of having worked on modern sourcing tools and technologies including but not limited to - Boolean Searches, X-ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hootsuite, open web scraping toolsShould have used market mapping, data preparation, data analysis, MIS and reporting to guide the hiring managers in being able to make the right callsShould be able to understand our business and be a partner/ advisor to the hiring managers on various aspects related to talent.Behavioural SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and influencing abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesStrong listening skills, resilience, data orientation, willingness to bend down and work hard.Technical SkillsDemonstrated experience in hiring Cloud, IIOT, Data Science, Industrial Software Development resourcesProficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels and recruitment toolsFamiliarity with the technical requirements and skill sets specific to Cloud, IIOT, Data Science, Industrial Software Development rolesNon-Negotiable SkillsExperience in hiring Software ProfessionalsStrong Expeirence of Market Mapping, Linkedin Recruiter, Modern Hiring Techniques - Hackathons, Hiring Assessments etc.Master of Business Administration or relevant qualification
