PROJECT MANAGER: EMPIRE LIGHT AND SOUND, MUMBAI - INDIA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Project Manager to head and build our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a range of home automation and AV design projects, coordinating with all stakeholders, and ensuring our clients' vision comes to life. In-depth knowledge of control systems such as KNX, Savant, Lutron, Control4, Crestron and Philips Dynalite is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Create a system design with these control systems: KNX, Savant, Lutron, Control4, Crestron and Philips Dynalite- Manage all ongoing sites and projects.- Build a team capable of executing all technical aspects of the project to the highest level- Ensure systems and processes are in place and adhered to in order to achieve efficient workflow- Manage all aspects of project execution, from consultation to installation, ensuring successful project completion within the agreed timeline and budget.- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, interior designers, MEP consultants, contractors, electricians, and other partners.- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met while providing regular updates and managing expectations.- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to develop and implement project plans, risk management plans, and project schedules.- Oversee the quality of work, ensuring it aligns with the project specifications and meets Empire Light and Sounds' high standards.- Troubleshoot issues that arise during project execution and ensure swift resolution.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management within the residential home automation, AV solutions related industry- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle clients and coordinate with various stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Proficiency in project management software.- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, adjusting priorities as needed.- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of home automation and AV design.
