We are seeking a dynamic Senior Client Servicing Executive to join our team in a leading Healthcare Advertising Agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with 2-4 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising to work closely with clients, understand their needs, and drive growth for both our clients and the agency. The Senior Client Servicing Executive will serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring that all projects are managed efficiently and delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand managers and senior decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, business goals, and marketing strategies to ensure the delivery of effective, relevant solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients to discuss ongoing projects, updates, and value-added recommendations for brand growth and campaign optimization.
- Present client-facing materials, ensuring clarity and alignment with client goals.
- Project Management & Delivery:
- Lead day-to-day project management for client campaigns, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, medical, strategy, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage timelines, tracking systems, and client approvals, ensuring clear communication and expectations are set at every stage.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns, providing detailed tracking and reporting to clients and senior management.
- Identify potential risks or challenges in campaigns and proactively address them before they escalate.
- Coordinate with other agency departments to ensure alignment and optimal resource management.
- Strategic Thinking & Solution-Oriented Approach:
- Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans and solutions that meet both local and global market needs.
- Present recommendations and innovative ideas that demonstrate a clear understanding of healthcare marketing trends, consumer behavior, and brand dynamics.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and refine strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the account management and creative teams to ensure smooth collaboration and the successful execution of client projects.
- Offer guidance to junior team members and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team, contributing to both individual and collective success.

Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare advertising, pharmaceutical marketing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors (HCP and DTC).
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing projects.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
- Knowledge of medical and regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
