Job Description :

Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications, this includes all associated areas such as database and architecture design. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a passion for creating seamless, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences.

Qualification :

1. Must have 6-10 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Development Java with MERN.

2. Experience working on large-scale, complex web applications and from HRMS products development experience. (strongly preferred).

3. Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript frameworks (React with strong proficiency, one additional framework like Express JS, Vue.js or Angular preferred)

4. Java Web Development (Servlet/JSP), Spring Framework, JavaScript, Any one of the Database (SQL/PLSQL/Oracle/Sybase etc)

5. At least 4+ years of hands-on web application development utilizing Java for Web Development purposes.

6. Experience in the development of service-oriented architecture application, good understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.

7. Strong knowledge of Java Server Pages (JSP), DHTML and JavaScript are essential.

8. Solid understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data management principles.

9. Deep knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.

10. Proficiency in modern version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar).

11. Thorough experience and proficiency in cross-browser, cross-platform development, including Mobile Web applications.

12. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

13. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities :

1. Front-End Development: Design and implement user interfaces using React.js and other front-end technologies. Ensure the responsiveness, accessibility, and performance of our web applications.

2. Back-end Development: Develop server-side logic using Node.js/Java or other back-end frameworks. Integrate front-end components with server-side logic to create a cohesive, efficient, and scalable application architecture.

3. Develop and maintain cross-platform desktop applications using Electron.js.

4. Database management: Design and implement database schemas and models. Optimize database queries for maximum performance.

5. API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end components. Collaborate with other teams to define and document API specifications.

6. Code Review and Collaboration: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding.

7. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure efficient and reliable release management.

8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.

9. Proactively recommend and implement improvements to current development processes.
