With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hour’s drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourne’s North is fast About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. About the Role: The Occupational Therapy service at Northern Health prides itself on being inclusive, supportive and committed to evidence-based practice. We are a team driven by positive patient outcomes and team work. The NH OT service employs over 100 staff and are consistently striving to provide opportunitites to support staff growth and development. Our Occupational Therapists work across many areas of practice including: Acute Sub-acute (Tehabilitation, GEM and Transitional services) Home based services Community Rehabilitation Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and NDIS Hand Therapy Pediatrics (Neonatal ward and outpatients) By applying to the Talent Pool, you will be kept abreast of multiple opportunities suitable to your key interest and skill areas of Occupational Therapy practice, and have the opportunity to find a role that meets your needs. There are often a mix of permanent, fixed term and casual roles available, at either full time or part time.
