The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing experience in visual design and website development. This is a full-time, in-person role that involves working closely with our marketing and content teams to bring design and digital ideas to life.Key Responsibilities:- Design engaging graphics for digital platforms (social media, web, campaigns) and print materials (brochures, banners, flyers, etc.)- Develop and maintain websites using platforms such as Wix, WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify (experience in all not mandatory, but preferred)- Create innovative and functional product/package designs aligned with brand identity- Ensure responsive and user-centric web design- Support visual storytelling through motion design and animations (if skilled)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all outputs- Optimize all design assets for performance and usabilitySoftware Knowledge (Must-Have):- Adobe Photoshop- Adobe Illustrator- Adobe InDesign- Adobe After Effects- CorelDRAW- Canva- AI tools - Image and video generatorBonus Skills (Nice to Have):- Motion Graphics- 3D Modeling & Animation- Basic HTML/CSS knowledgePreferred Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic and web design- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related fields- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic, packaging, and web design work- Excellent communication and time-management skills
