We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency passionate about building impactful brand stories and innovative campaigns. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and lead visual design efforts across digital platforms.

Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality designs that align with client objectives and brand identity. You'll collaborate with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to deliver engaging creatives for social media, ads, websites, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction and execution of design projects for multiple brands.
  • Design and develop engaging visuals for social media campaigns, paid ads, websites, landing pages, presentations, and email marketing.
  • Create brand guidelines, ensure consistency, and maintain high design standards across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into compelling creatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives, layouts, typography, and branding.
  • Ability to handle feedback positively and iterate quickly.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
