ion:We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Life & General Insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in the Life & General sector, and possess strong analytical skills to drive informed decision-making and improve operational efficie


ncy.
Responsibili

ties:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Life & General insurance products and proce

sses.Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improve

ment.Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user sto

ries.Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with business object

ives.Assist in the development and execution of test plans and participate in testing activi

ties.Provide support for system implementations, including user training and post-implementation sup

port.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the Life & General insurance lands


cape.
Qualifica

tions:Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related

field.6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on Life & General insurance pro

ducts.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable ins

ights.Knowledge in navigating Insurance software solutions, showcasing mastery in Hub operations encompassing New Business and Policy Servicing, Group Annuity processes, NPS procedures, AML validations, transaction surveys, underwriting, client code management, cancellation, grievance handling, and claims processing activ

ities.Proficiency in using analytical tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tab

leau).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all l

evels.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established dead

lines.Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices pertaining to Life & General insurance is mand

atory.Relevant certifications (e.g., LOMA, CBAP) are a


plus.
